About Mackalynn Harmon
Mackalynn “Mack” Harmon is a transformational senior program and project leader who has built her career at the intersection of military service, aerospace innovation, and corporate leadership. With more than 12 years of progressive experience, she has successfully led complex, multimillion-dollar initiatives, guided organizations through change, and delivered mission-critical results for government and industry partners.
Mack’s journey began as a United States Marine Corps pilot. Over the course of a decade of service, she logged more than 3,700 accident-free flight hours in CH-46E, VH-3D, and VH-60N aircraft. She completed three combat deployments to Iraq, flying medevac and tactical missions, and later served with Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1), piloting the President, Vice President, and senior Department of Defense leaders.
After leaving active duty, Mack transitioned her leadership skills into the private sector. At Asurion, she directed more than 39 global initiatives, from CRM platform redesigns to multinational infrastructure integrations that impacted 8,000 employees across 17 countries. She later served as a Senior Principal Project Manager at Peraton, where she managed classified rocket and target systems programs, realigned multimillion-dollar projects, and secured new defense contracts worth $10 million.
Mack holds a Bachelor of Science in English from the United States Naval Academy. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with additional qualifications in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. She also maintains an active Secret clearance and is eligible for TS/SCI and SAP-level access.
At MJH 360 Consulting LLC, Mack brings the same discipline, adaptability, and mission focus that defined her Marine Corps service and corporate leadership. She partners with clients to navigate complex transitions, align strategy with execution, and build solutions that last.
